Abstract
The PRI framework presents a unified interpretation of gravity, geometry, and time. It proposes that gravity originates from internal structural properties of matter, generates geometric distortion in space, and manifests temporally through motion constrained by that geometry. Time dilation, in this framework, is interpreted as the inverse of geometric eccentricity. By linking core-dominance gravity, curvilinear motion, and eccentricity-based time dilation, the PRI framework offers a coherent conceptual bridge between classical and relativistic physics.
